4-Ingredient Strawberry Fluff Dessert Recipe
Every family has that one recipe, and in ours, it’s strawberry fluff.

1 tub (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
2 cups frozen strawberries, partially thawed and chopped
Optional additions:
½ cup powdered sugar for extra sweetness
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1: Soften the Cream Cheese
Start by bringing the cream cheese to room temperature.
This step sounds minor, but it makes a huge difference. Soft cream cheese blends smoothly and creates that silky texture everyone loves.
Cold cream cheese tends to leave little lumps throughout the mixture, and nobody wants surprise chunks in their strawberry fluff.
If you’re short on time, microwave it for about 10 seconds. Just enough to soften it without melting.
Step 2: Beat Until Smooth
Place the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
Using a hand mixer, beat it until completely smooth and creamy.
If you’re using powdered sugar or vanilla extract, add them during this step and mix until fully combined.
The mixture should look light, fluffy, and lump-free.
Step 3: Fold in the Whipped Topping
Add the thawed whipped topping to the bowl.
Now put the mixer away.
