Headaches or chestpains are some health problems that we have all been through at least once in our lives but there are other health issues that aren’t as obvious such us:

1.Tearing sensation

if you’r feeling tearing sensation in your back , you may think you have pulled a muscle. But if you have not done any physical activity recently this should be a serious problem. It could be a rupture of the aorta.Aortic rupture is the rupture or breakage of the aorta, the largest artery in the body. Aortic rupture is a rare, extremely dangerous condition. The most common cause is an abdominal aortic aneurysm that has ruptured spontaneously. If you feel pain more than 30 minutes you should see a doctor immediately.

2. Crushing chest pain

One of the health problems we all know is chest pain , which sometimes associated with heart attack.Other indicators are heavy pressure , tightness or pain in the chest. In some cases the pain can be felt in other part of the body such as shoulder , arms back or jaws.

So everytime you felt a chestpain you should never neglect it.

3. Tingling in the arms or other extremities

Tingling sensation of the hands , arms, legs or feets, although it is a bad feeling, it is also something not to be neglected.For some people Tingling isn’t a big thing but is not something you should ignore becouse represent a body illnes.

Tingling has to do with some disease such as diabetes , Buerger disease , mulitiple sclearosis or even anemia.

If tingling did’t las more than 10 minutes you should see you regular doctor but if this problem takes more than an hour you need immediate medical help.

4. Dizziness

Dizziness is a term used to describe a range of sensations, such as feeling faint, woozy, weak or unsteady. Dizziness that creates the false sense that you or your surroundings are spinning or moving is called vertigo.Dizziness is one of the most common symptoms that cause people to seek medical attention.

If you’re feeling dizzy for more than an hour you shoud immediately see a doctor.

Causes of dizziness are”

  • Drop in blood pressure 
  • Poor blood circulation 
  • Neurological conditions 
  • Low iron levels (anemia) 

5. Sweating

Sweat is the body’s natural way to control its temperature. A person usually sweats due to physical exertion, raised body temperature, or exposure to heat.But heavy sweating may be a sign of thyroid, heart issues or diabetes.

If you are swating more than usual is not a problem to worry that much but you should definitely see a doctor.

6. Numbness

Numbness is caused by damage, irritation or compression of nerves. A single nerve branch or several nerves may be affected, as with a slipped disk in the back or carpal tunnel syndrome in the wrist. But some of the causes of numbness are : Diabetes, Alcohol, Chemotherapy, Kidney failure, Inherited causes, Nutritional deficiencies etc.

7. Swelling

Swelling is any abnormal enlargement of a body part. It is typically the result of inflammation or a buildup of fluid.Edema describes swelling in the tissue outside of the joint.

Make an appointment to see your doctor if you have swelling, stretched or shiny skin, or skin that retains a dimple after being pressed (pitting). See your doctor immediately if you experience:

  1. Shortness of breath
  2. Difficulty breathing
  3. Chest pain
