Clara Dao has faced constant skinny-shaming from trolls in her DMs, but she has learned to love her body and proudly flaunts her no-b**bs in bikinis. Growing up, she disliked herself and even tried weight gain supplements after being branded a twig and anorexic. Her journey toward self-love was rough, but she has come out stronger.
Clara also tried wearing padded push-up bras to boost her confidence, but unfortunately, it did not suffice.

She added: “So tell me I need to do squats that I look like a boy – I’m secure with my body. I practice what I preach and as soon as I started producing body positivity content, I could feel my confidence grow. I look at myself with love and gratitude instead of criticism, hate and disgust.”
