She said: “You have to try to stay positive. We all get terrible knocks in life, all of us. Some people have terrible things they have to deal with. You see some people, and they just manage to keep their attitude positive. They rise above stuff. Some people get angry. Sometimes I think to glow, you have to let go of a lot of stuff and move on. Be as nice as you can to everyone.”
Having left Hollywood behind, Elizabeth Hurley has embraced a simpler life in the British countryside, prioritizing her well-being and nurturing herself from within.
Moisturizing plays a crucial role in her skincare regimen.
Her love for moisturizing is crystal clear. She said: “The one thing I swear by is moisturizer—and lots of it. I’ll moisturize my face about six times a day and my neck about 10 times a day. Lightly dab it over your face, and it instantly makes you glow.”
Having partnered with Estée Lauder for more than two decades, Elizabeth Hurley relies on their night serum to further enhance her skincare routine. “My most favorite product of all has always been this night serum that I was given my first bottle of when I first joined the company in 1995, and I’ve used it religiously twice a day ever since,” she added.

Elizabeth Hurley is well aware of the detrimental effects of processed food on our bodies. With excessive sugar, salt, and fat, lack of nutritional value, and increased hunger, she wisely avoids anything processed.
She confessed: “I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives. When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that’s grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables. I believe in having your food in its natural state if you can. We eat very little processed food in our house. I tend to cook it at home myself.”
Her healthy routine includes ample water intake, regular exercise, and quality sleep.
She said: “As far as exercise goes, I don’t have a definite exercise regime I follow all the time. I’m very active. I’m not at all slothful. I go on long walks with my dogs. I stretch all the time. I’d rather do housework than go to the gym. I’d rather scrub a mirror—it does just as much.”
Elizabeth Hurley prioritizes hydration, beginning her day with two mugs of warm water to invigorate her body. Recognizing the importance of rest, she knows when to relax and restore her body and mind.
“I don’t take my phone into my bedroom anymore, and I don’t take my electronics upstairs. And I have to say, my sleep quite improved in leaps and bounds,” she added.
