    • Nearly 45 is nowhere near middle age! You are still young and in your prime! Besides, Middle Age Crisis is a not a physical thing, it’s a mental issue, brought on by the sudden realization that you are no longer young and attractive.

I am man, I am nearly 47 and I refuse to label myself, or by society, Middle Aged! I feel like I will only reach middle age or, by design, any other labels, only when I let it be!

I don’t know you, I have never seen you, but I am certain that you are beautiful and vibrant! And if any physical ailments are bringing you down, please take care of yourself!

None of your health related issues define you! Whoever your partner is, he or she should feel very lucky to have you, and if there is no one else in your life, well then a lot of us are missing out!
