OF model Mikayla Saravia has filed a lawsuit in federal court claiming that her ex-boyfriend Nicholas Hunter posted graphic photos and videos on her social media accounts by changing their passwords after their separation.

From October 2022 to January 2023, Hunter, aged 27, allegedly shared multiple explicit images and videos of Mikayla, some of which were offered for sale.

Hunter was discovered on January 28th, 2023 to have sent an adult image to Mikayla’s 628,700 Twitter followers using her account.
Following this, the 25-year-old regained control of her accounts.
Her attorney, Joseph DiRuzzo, confirmed that his client had voluntarily shared explicit content. However, he emphasized that she had full authority over those posts.

The OF model maintains two accounts on OnlyFans: a free one and a $30 per month explicit account.
According to the lawsuit, Hunter was in a business partnership with Mikayla before their breakup and subsequently gained access to her accounts, which were then used to sell videos and photos.
The lawyer wrote in the complaint: “Just because you consented to an image in the past, it doesn’t mean you’re giving someone permission to post additional content without your consent. Defendants used the OnlyFans account to sell s*xually explicit videos and images of the plaintiff based on material he had amassed prior to the severance of their business and personal relationship.”
She model is claiming $6.3 billion in damages, representing $10,000 for each of her 628,000 Twitter followers at the time her relationship ended in October.

According to Yahoo Finance, Hunter, also known as Nick Yard, is an entrepreneur whose major success is Mikayla.

He utilized innovative growth strategies to increase her account from 1K to nearly 5 million fans while managing their business, KKVSH.
The article also notes that they are involved in a civil domestic violence case in Broward County, Florida.
The lawsuit identified Hunter as Mikayla’s business partner, as they collaborated on creating YouTube videos.
The OF model had previously gained media attention for earning more than $100,000 annually due to her lengthy tongue.
