13-year-old claims Trump forced her to have oral sex

The U.S. Justice Department released a large batch of files related to Jeffrey Epstein on January 30, 2026—over 3 million pages, along with thousands of videos and images—as part of compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act. This appears to be one of the final or largest releases in the ongoing document disclosures.

Among the materials are FBI summaries and tips compiled in 2025 (including some from around the 2020 election period) that catalog unverified public allegations against various figures, including President Donald Trump. One specific tip, reported second-hand through a contact, claims that decades ago (roughly 35 years prior, placing it in the late 1980s or early 1990s in New Jersey), an unidentified woman alleged she was 13–14 years old when forced to perform oral sex on Trump. According to the tip, she reportedly bit him during the act, laughed about it, and was allegedly hit in the face. The same tip mentions she was also abused by Epstein.

These claims surfaced in a list of tips sent to federal authorities (via FBI channels), but they are described across multiple reports as unverified, uncorroborated, and based on anonymous or indirect submissions rather than direct sworn statements, victim interviews with evidence, or confirmed investigative findings. The Justice Department has explicitly stated that such allegations in the files are unfounded, false, or sensationalist, with investigators unable to substantiate them, contact accusers, or find supporting evidence. Officials emphasized that if credible, these would have been pursued or used politically long ago. The White House and DOJ have denied any wrongdoing by Trump in connection to Epstein, noting his past social acquaintance with Epstein ended years before Epstein’s crimes became public.

Some documents were briefly removed and republished (possibly for technical or redaction reasons), and links to specific files may fluctuate or become inaccessible temporarily due to the massive volume and ongoing processing.

This echoes older, previously reported allegations (e.g., a 2016 lawsuit by an anonymous “Jane Doe” or “Katie Johnson” accusing Trump and Epstein of assaulting her at age 13 in 1994, which was filed and dismissed without proceeding to trial or substantiation). No new charges or confirmed findings against Trump have resulted from these releases.

Trump has consistently denied all such accusations related to Epstein or sexual misconduct, and no criminal charges have been brought against him in connection to Epstein’s activities. The files also mention other prominent figures (e.g., Bill Clinton in photos or logs from years prior), but focus on Epstein’s own crimes rather than implicating others in wrongdoing.
