Statham uses rings in his workout because of their benefits to shoulders and strength. Jason works out depending on how he feels.

Eva Longoria works out every day. She does weight training. Also, she uses the trampoline for 30 to 45 minutes a day.
4. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson (49)
The Rock does split training. He starts the week focusing on the back and biceps. Then, he works out his shoulders. On Thursdays, he works out again on his back and biceps. On Fridays, he does chest and tricep, and on Saturdays, he works out his legs. Sundays are a rest day.

Hilary does resistance training to stay flexible.
