TikTok user @isatandstared, known as Kass Theaz, shocked her 144K followers by revealing that she sued her parents last year for bringing her into the world without her consent.
Theaz’s viral video, where she announced suing her parents, sparked a frenzy of outrage with death threats and harsh criticism.
After facing severe criticism, Kass later claimed her initial video was a ‘joke’ and denied suing her parents. However, she had indeed pursued legal action, emerged victorious, and secured a monthly payment of $5,000 from her parents.
The video garnered 6 million views and diverse reactions. While some found it amusing, others criticized the TikTok user as “crazy and selfish.”

Recently, Kass, a self-proclaimed lesbian, has faced numerous inquiries from her followers who are puzzled by her decision to sue her parents despite having children herself.
Theaz clarified the unique aspects of her case in comparison to her parents.

“I mentioned in my last video that I went clothes shopping for my children, and a lot of people are shocked to hear that I have children considering I sued my parents for having me without my permission,” she said.
“So my parents that I sued. They contributed to, you know, conceiving me, and my mother that raised me, she gave birth to me. And that’s why I sued them, because I did not consent to being here, like, I was unaware that I was going to have to grow up and get a job to support myself,” she added.
The TikTok user emphasized that her parents never sought her consent to exist or navigate the challenges of adulthood, leading her to take justified action.
She said: “And I just didn’t consent to that. They didn’t try to contact me in any way before I was born to see if I actually wanted to be here, and that’s why I sued them.”
In her detailed explanation, she clarified that she adopted her children rather than conceiving them, making this a distinct situation where she is simply acting responsibly.
“It’s different when you adopt because it’s not my fault that they’re here. I’m just trying to be a good person and help them out. You know what I mean?” she said.
