This is not positive. This is promoting a more unhealthy way to live your life. I hope lives her best life. But being obese is not healthy and glorifying it like it is the best thing to do is not healthy and will put others at risk for health issues. Being confident in oneself is fine but acting like this is healthy is not good for young impressionable girls.
