She began her fitness journey at 61 and has never looked back. She shared, “I started working out at age 61, getting into shape was the best thing for my mind, my body, and my spirit.”
After dedicating two and a half years to her health journey, Harrah reached a healthy weight of 120 pounds at 5’6″. As a content creator, she aims to motivate older individuals to lead more active and healthier lives.
