Adult star Lily Phillips has stunned her followers after sharing footage from her extreme “backdoor challenge,” which allegedly involved being intimate with more than 100 men in a single day.
Phillips, who has previously spoken about the physical toll her adult scenes have taken on her health, is once again making headlines with another daring and highly controversial stunt.
This latest “backdoor challenge” saw her participating in an adult scene with 50 men back-to-back, alongside fellow performer Wisconsin Tiff.
Phillips first gained massive attention after revealing she once filmed an adult scene with 101 men over a 14-hour period, a confession that went viral and divided public opinion. Her latest collaboration with Tiff, which reportedly took place in the U.S., followed a similar format — with long lines of men waiting to take part, some even wearing gimp masks, according to Phillips.
She described the event in detail, explaining how she personally meets the participants, gives them a short talk on staying “safe and respectful,” and even provides snacks and drinks to ensure everyone remains comfortable throughout.
However, the online response was overwhelmingly critical. Many viewers were shocked by the footage and the concept itself.

Despite the backlash, Phillips has defended her choices, standing firmly by her work. In a previous interview with the Daily Star, she stated:
“The thing is, I’m not a victim, so I don’t deserve this sympathy. I would much rather people put their efforts into someone who’s an actual victim.”
“I love this job. It’s been super empowering for me. I can’t speak on anyone else’s experience. It’s allowed me to be self-employed and live kind of my dream life.”
Unfortunately, the latest challenge reportedly led to serious medical consequences for her friend and co-star Tiff, who had to undergo reconstructive surgery afterward.
In a TikTok video, Phillips revealed:
“I recently did a video where I did 50 guys all backdoor with my friend Wisconsin Tiff.”
“Now bless her heart, because she has had to have reconstructive surgery of her backdoor because of this video. Wouldn’t recommend.”
Tiff, a veteran of over two decades in the adult entertainment industry, later shared her own update, posting clips from the hospital and explaining:
“I thought it would be a fun idea to let 50 guys in my backdoor with my friend Lily Phillips because, you know, we like to do crazy stuff. With this line of work I’m in, it needs to look perfect so here I am at the surgery place.”
Though she didn’t specify the exact injuries, Tiff said she required stitches and described her recovery pain as extremely intense. She added a warning to others, writing: “Back door challenge gone wrong.”
In a follow-up video posted 36 hours after her surgery, Tiff shared that she was still in significant pain, captioning the update: “Sitting on ice packs.”
Her post reignited debate online, as many questioned whether the ordeal was real or simply a stunt for attention. Some commenters speculated that it was satire.
“I refuse point blank to believe this is real,” one person wrote, while another added: “I think this is satire.”
Tiff, however, shut down those rumors, insisting it truly happened and even posting footage from her hospital stay as proof.
Meanwhile, Phillips is far from the only performer pushing boundaries on adult platforms like OnlyFans.
