TRUMP token crashes over 50% as MELANIA launches her own memecoin
Former President Donald Trump introduced his TRUMP meme coin, which skyrocketed in value, becoming one of the largest cryptocurrencies within just two days and amassing billions in market capitalization.
However, the token’s meteoric rise was short-lived. It plunged over 50% in just a few hours.
Adding to the intrigue, Trump’s wife, Melania Trump, has also entered the crypto scene with the launch of her own token.
Trump’s official X account shared Melania’s announcement. Following a similar strategy, data from Dexscreener revealed some intersting facts.
Over 88% of her token’s supply is controlled by a single wallet. Currently, the token is trading at approximately $4, with a market cap of $4 billion.
