Russian internet personality and controversial prank vlogger Vitaly Zdorovetskiy has been officially deported from the Philippines following nearly nine months in detention, Philippine immigration authorities confirmed.

Zdorovetskiy, widely known online for his provocative and often disruptive prank videos, was sent back to Russia on January 17, 2026, aboard an IrAero flight bound for Irkutsk. The deportation came after he was declared an “undesirable alien” by Philippine authorities, a designation that permanently bars him from re-entering the country.

According to the Bureau of Immigration, the decision followed a series of incidents in Metro Manila that resulted in multiple criminal complaints. Officials said Zdorovetskiy had repeatedly violated local laws through acts described as harassment, public disturbance, and disorderly conduct — behavior that authorities said went beyond acceptable limits for foreign visitors.

The vlogger had been in custody since early 2025, after being arrested in connection with several public stunts that allegedly disrupted businesses and intimidated civilians. While his online content has attracted millions of views globally, Philippine officials stressed that internet fame does not exempt anyone from respecting local regulations and cultural norms.

“Foreign nationals are expected to comply with Philippine laws at all times,” immigration officials said in a statement. “The Philippines welcomes visitors, but will not tolerate behavior that threatens public order or disrespects the community.”

Zdorovetskiy’s name has now been placed on the country’s immigration blacklist, effectively banning him from returning. Authorities also reiterated that the government would continue to take firm action against foreigners who misuse the country as a backdrop for reckless online content.

The case has sparked renewed discussion about the responsibilities of social media influencers traveling abroad and the growing global crackdown on content that crosses legal and ethical boundaries.
