Taylor Paige Courtenay, 27, has embraced her heavily tattooed body, despite frequently being judged for her inked skin. Her tattoos span her neck, arms, torso, and legs, and she sees them as a reflection of her story—each one carrying a memory or message.
“I know I’ll never be the girl they take home to meet their parents,” she admits in a TikTok video. “I’ve come to terms with being the girl they hide, the temporary fix—but I honestly don’t care. My tattoos make me happy.”

Despite her confidence, online critics are relentless. Many warn she’ll regret her body art as she ages. One comment she responded to read, “Your tattoos won’t look good at 60.” Courtenay clapped back: “Bold of you to assume you look good at 60. I wish they’d keep their opinions to themselves.”
Still, judgment rolls in—often linked to her revealing outfits and tattooed appearance. Some commenters argue, “If you don’t want opinions, wear more clothes,” while others call her tattoos “graffiti on natural beauty.”
But she’s not without supporters. Some users praised her freedom of expression, with one writing: “I got my first tattoo at 17, now have full sleeves and I still love them—no regrets, even at 60.”
Despite the attention, Courtenay has since turned off comments on her posts. And in a December 2024 update, she revealed a personal milestone: she’s now happily with the father of her baby, born in summer 2023—proving that she is “that girl” after all.
