The 49-year-old actor revealed that during the initial months of Lea’s life, he found it challenging to comprehend the intense love other parents expressed for their children, admitting, “I would die in a second for my kid.”

Reflecting on those early days, Cooper confessed, “The first eight months — I don’t even know if I really love the kid.” He described his feelings as more of a fascination and appreciation for watching her grow and develop.
