A Decade of Change: 2010 to 2017
Wendy Joseph and her now-husband Dan Hennessey began dating in 2007. Originally from New Jersey, they later moved to San Diego and now reside in Costa Rica. Their Instagram page is filled with images of their gym-sculpted physiques, but their journey to fitness wasn’t always the case.
In 2017, they posted a side-by-side comparison of themselves from 2010 to 2017. The differences were astounding, showcasing their remarkable physical transformations. The change was so striking that if you had seen them before 2017, you might not have recognized them as the same people.

Wendy captioned the post: “10-year difference! Left 2007, right 2017. I used to have a perm and wear my hair stuck to my face every day, and @shotsofhennessey [Dan Hennessey] used to shave once a week!”
In the more recent photo, Wendy’s hair is styled beautifully in an updo, having embraced her natural curls after stopping the use of chemical straighteners. Dan, too, had gone from a weekly shave to sporting a well-groomed beard.
