Once again, Doja Cat is clashing with her fans, this time calling them out for likening her natural hair to pubic hair.

The singer unveiled new cover art for her single, “Masc,” on Instagram Friday, showcasing a close-up shot of her tightly curled, blonde locks. However, the comments quickly turned negative, prompting Doja Cat to disable the comments on the post.
Additionally, she went live on Instagram to address the harsh criticism, visibly irritated as she urged her followers to refrain from comparing her hairstyle to “sheep, pubes, carpet, or popcorn.”

She adds … “We got to move forward. Let’s move forward. Let’s grow … I can’t tell you what to do. I’m not your f***ing parents. I don’t want to say too much.”
It goes without saying … some suggested the mean remarks were racist in nature — and yeah, it certainly feels that way.
In the past, Doja has frequently clashed with her online followers. There have been numerous instances of discord between her and her fan base.
However, in this particular case, it appears that people are rallying to her defense. As of now, her recent outburst hasn’t led to a significant loss in followers, suggesting that these fans are probably sticking around for the long haul.
