Margot Robbie will produce “The Sims” movie

Margot Robbie is producing a film adaptation of The Sims, with Kate Herron joining as director, LuckyChap Entertainment co-producing alongside Roy Lee and Miri Yoon of Vertigo Entertainment, and Electronic Arts contributing creatively and in production.

Exciting news for fans of The Sims franchise as it gears up for a big-screen adaptation, with none other than Margot Robbie leading the production team. Joining her in this endeavor is Kate Herron, celebrated for her directorial work on the inaugural season of Marvel’s Loki series, who will be taking on the challenge of translating the beloved virtual world onto the cinematic canvas alongside Robbie.
