Raising your arms often during the day has some health benefits you might not know about. There are many physical exercises to keep your body in shape. However, not everybody has the time.

Sitting for long hours in front of a computer makes you feel numb and heavy. Raise your arms up and down, and you will be relaxed.

Our heads down on the phone, writing documents, or just a bad habit, makes our postures crooked. Raising your hands will help you improve your posture.
3. Strengthening your arms.
Some of you might know it from yoga positions. It helps in strengthening your arms, but also the shoulders.
4. Raising your arms eases back pain
The unbearable back pain can be solved by raising your arms! It eases the pressure on the back.
5. It eases neckache.
Neck syndrome (text-neck) appears because of our non-stop time looking down at the phone. Give your neck and eyes time to relax. Leave the phone somewhere for a few minutes. Do the exercise and breathe.
