Lana Rhoades, the former adult entertainment star, has revealed the reason why she wants all of her old content removed.
Originally from Chicago, Rhoades burst onto the adult film scene in 2016, quickly rising to prominence and featuring in publications like Hustler, Penthouse, and Playboy.
Despite becoming the most sought-after actress on a prominent adult website, Rhoades chose to exit the industry, citing its negative impact on her mental well-being.
The 27-year-old is now aiming to illuminate the realities of the p*rn industry.
During a 2021 interview on Harry Jowsey’s ‘Tap In’ podcast, Lana Rhoades expressed her desire to erase all her previous videos from the internet.
“A lot of the videos I have no rights under, otherwise I probably would have deleted them all by now,” she said in the interview.
When asked if she regretted anything, Lana Rhoades said: “I do. I honestly tell people, if I could go back, I would give up everything to have my dignity and respect back, and for people not to be able to see me in that way.”
Lana Rhoades has frequently shared candid insights into both the triumphs and tribulations of her previous profession.
In a recent episode of the Three Girls One Kitchen podcast, where she serves as a co-host alongside Alexa Adams and Olivia Davis, the online personality admitted to ongoing battles with the psychological aftermath of her past career.

“One of the worst… honestly, I feel like I’m in denial sometimes and I can’t accept some of the things that I’ve done,” she said.
Recalling a haunting scene that continues to linger in her thoughts, Rhoades shared: “There was one thing that, ya know, I tried talking to a therapist about before something that I had to do for a scene that was really rough for me. Basically, this guy had a bowl and he, like, gagged me until I threw up into it and he, like, p***ed in the bowl, and during the scene he asked me to drink it, and I didn’t know how to say no. It was one of the most disgusting, foul scenes.”
Leaving the adult entertainment industry wasn’t just about escaping torment for Lana Rhoades; it was also a path to wealth.
In a conversation with Dave Portnoy, Josh Richards, and Bri Chickenfry on their YouTube channel, Rhoades revealed that she is now a multi-millionaire.
“The industry I did not get paid s***…I probably had $100,000 in my bank account when I quit shooting p*rn and now I’m a multi-millionaire,” Lana Rhoades said.
