Surgery fanatic Andrea Ivanova from Sofia, Bulgaria, who spent £8,000 to achieve the world’s biggest lips, is now setting a new goal. In 2020, she made headlines for quadrupling the size of her lips in a bid to achieve the biggest pout ever.
As per Daily Mail, “Andrea, who began her transformation in 2018, forks out around £135 for each treatment but admitted she has lost count of how much she has spent over the years. The philosophy student added that while she probably has one of the biggest pouts in the world, she’ll continue to have more fillers until she’s satisfied with her lips.”
In 2020, Andrea discussed her transformation, stating, “I like my new lips a lot, it was hard to eat after the injection and two to three days after the procedure gets more difficult. I feel great to have even more but some doctors think it’s enough, though I still want them bigger. My doctor said he will do more injections for me but said I have to wait for at least two months.”
Andrea expressed her satisfaction with her new lips, stating that she found them beautiful and loved her transformed appearance. However, the 25-year-old influencer aims to achieve a fresh feat by obtaining the world’s largest cheekbones.
She said on Instagram: “I want in addition to the biggest lips in the world, to have some of the biggest cheekbones too.”

“I’ve had four hyaluronic acid injections in my cheekbones so far, but I will undergo two more within the week. For the healing process, I need to avoid strong pressure on the face for up to three days afterwards. My aim is to model and gain significant enlargement of them, but of course, I still want bigger lips, too. I will continue with more injections in [both] to make them even bigger,” continued the surgery fanatic.
The surgery fanatic has undergone more than 34 cosmetic injections to augment her appearance, particularly her lips, and she desires further enhancements.
She was cautioned by her doctors that further lip injections could result in a potentially fatal outcome, as reported by the Daily Mail.
“She claims several clinics ‘refuse’ to give her more lip fillers, as they are too big and more injections could cause health complications. Previously, doctors warned her to pay attention to any pain in her mouth, as future procedures could be potentially ‘fatal.’”
Despite her enlarged lips, Andrea remains determined to pursue her goal and plans to receive further fillers for an even more exaggerated look.

She stated: “My lips are still not big enough and I want them much bigger than now. Every month, I will get more fillers, but I can’t even count how much money I’ve spent in total.”
Having already spent close to £1,600 on various procedures, the Bulgarian woman is satisfied with her appearance and continues to enhance her cheekbones for a more defined look.
She said: “There are many negative comments about me everywhere and a lot of people don’t approve of my new enlarged chin either. My face is sharper now, but I like it a lot. Even though my family doesn’t approve of my new look, they have to respect my choice for my change.”
The surgery fanatic expressed that she does not care about what people say.
“I don’t worry about people’s comments, as I have my own taste and views on beauty – I follow them strictly. Each person should satisfy themselves without fearing or worrying about the opinion of others because the meaning of life is to be happy.”
