1. Garlic

3. Salt

Baking soda can increase the pH of our mouth and tongue. This can lead to a decrease in bacteria. Mix some lemon juice and baking soda to remove dead cells and bacteria.
8. Use a tongue scraper.
A tongue scraper can help remove the white film. Place it at the very back of the tongue and pull it out. Rinse it, and repeat it multiple times.
