1. Viscose/ Rayon

2. Polyester

Polyester is a synthetic fabric that is commonly used. It can be blended with cotton. However, its effects are bad for your skin. A high body temperature might release fabric chemicals that can lead to skin irritation, rashes, eczema, etc.

3. Nylon

Lingeries and many different clothes are made from nylon. It is popular because it lasts as a fabric. However, it is not good to wear nylon because it can cause skin infections. That happens because nylon does not absorb sweat from the skin. On the other hand, its chemicals might lead to irritation.

4. Acrylic

Acrylic fabrics are dangerous. They are made of acrylonitrile, which is a carcinogen and a mutagen. Exposing your skin to this fabric might give you headaches, dizziness, and nausea. On the other hand, you might even absorb some acrylonitrile into the skin.

Usually, sports bras or leggings are made of these types of fabrics. They are synthetic and contain many harmful chemicals that can be carcinogens, such as polyurethane. They cause skin irritation or even dermatitis.

Bamboo: it is an alternative to traditional natural materials. It is hypoallergic, breathable, absorbs moisture, and biodegradable.

Linen: suitable for every season, this fabric is hypoallergic, breathable, and comfortable.
