As a lady your life is regulated around your monthly cycles and there are many things happening around your menstruation or pregnancy that make your ignore some of the key signs and symptoms of serious diseases.

here are our top 10 picks for ignored signs and symptoms that you should consider from now on:

If you are a female that experience menstruation , You have experience with chin acne or pimples too because around 10-14 days before your menstruation begins, you will experience a surge rise in both estrogen and progesterone hormones and that’s normal.

But after menstruation those pimples should disappear in about a week, if not you should visit a hormonal related physician to tell if there’s anything wrong with your hormonal system.

2. Elongated emotion/Depression.

As mentioned before you’ll experience hormonal rise around your menstruation and this can sometimes result in some sort of anger or sadness.

But if around 10 days after menstruation you still felt Emtional/angry and depressed. make sure to pay a visit to a psychologist because that could be a sign for PMS ( Premenstrual Syndrome ) that usually need anti-depressants as treatment.

    • Nearly 45 is nowhere near middle age! You are still young and in your prime! Besides, Middle Age Crisis is a not a physical thing, it’s a mental issue, brought on by the sudden realization that you are no longer young and attractive.

      I am man, I am nearly 47 and I refuse to label myself, or by society, Middle Aged! I feel like I will only reach middle age or, by design, any other labels, only when I let it be!

      I don’t know you, I have never seen you, but I am certain that you are beautiful and vibrant! And if any physical ailments are bringing you down, please take care of yourself!

      None of your health related issues define you! Whoever your partner is, he or she should feel very lucky to have you, and if there is no one else in your life, well then a lot of us are missing out!


      • Hate to burst your bubble brother, but considering not many people live to be 80 or older, so you’re way over the hill in terms of middle aged. I think it’s referred to as the golden years!

    • I got pregnant at age 45 after I already had 2 grown kids of 23 and 18. She”s now 29 and I’m 74. I had few of these symptoms every month. I had PMS and I have been depressed and saw a shrink for cpl of years. Still think my hormones are not working well…as I now can say I never want to have seks with someone. I’m hetero so with a man. I’ve been single for 20 years now and no need for a man. I love being single. but us that ‘normal’?
