The thing is that we might not know that some pieces of clothing can put our health at risk. Tight jeans, very high heels, and other clothes can be dangerous. Being trendy might come at a cost.

1. Skinny jeans


Who does not love jeans? Practical! Skinny jeans, for example, can be easily combined with everything in your wardrobe. However, these jeans can disrupt blood circulation. Since the skin cannot “breathe”, that can lead to varicose veins, cellulite, and ingrown hair.

2. High heels

High heels are classy, sexy, feminine, and elegant. The posture becomes immediately more attractive. However, wearing high heels often can lead to leg pain and swelling, as also backache or hernia.

3. Flat-sole shoes


Flat shoes are the ultimate solution when it comes to daily errands. However, doctors say that flat-sole shoes can harm your health. The foot itself can become flat. How? While walking, there will be no absorption, which can increase the size of the vessels. It can also deform the knees and hips.

4. Push-up bras

Popular push-up bras can be harmful to your breasts. Some parts of the bra deform the breasts because of the artificial support while blocking blood vessels which can even lead to cancer.

Handbags carry all sorts of things, from makeup and essential things to laptops. However, it can be harmful. The weight it puts on the shoulder can deform the posture, leading to scoliosis or osteochondrosis.

8. Pajamas


I did not know this myself. Wearing too tight or warm pajamas can lead to bacteria growth. It might give you itching, skin irritation, or a yeast infection.
